One tower, many courtesies: the architecture of Tamra Asteria
Stepped, staggered massing so balconies rarely face each other — a small architectural decision with a large effect on privacy.

Tamra Asteria is a single tower of twenty-three floors, standing on three cellars and a stilt level of parking, rising above a shared podium of gardens and courts. Designed by PR Associates, its most consequential decision is also its least visible.
Massing as manners
The tower steps and staggers in massing so that balconies rarely face each other directly. It is a small architectural courtesy, and it buys every home its privacy without a single extra wall.
Green, not grey
Because the homes sit above a landscaped podium, every apartment looks out onto planting rather than parking. Sixty-seven per cent of the 3.12-acre residential site stays open to the sky.
Coordinated from the first line
Structure by DesignTree, MEP by Suvih Engineering, landscape by Rrbun Shapes and project management by CCC — the disciplines were coordinated from the beginning rather than reconciled at the end.
