Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy is the visionary force behind TAMRA. He saw early how fast demand was growing for modern commercial malls and residential communities, and he founded TAMRA to meet it with bold ambition and a clear focus on the future.

Rooted in Enterprise, Driven by Vision

He brought the first gated community to Attapur with Medha Rejoice, a 3 acre residential project delivered on schedule in 2008 under Medha Constructions Pvt. Ltd., alongside four fellow Directors. The project set a new benchmark for community living in the area.

Together with his family, he has developed over one million square feet of gated communities and apartments, along with the popular Eeshwar movie theatre. Every project has been completed on time, with homes handed over to buyers at the promised quality.

Continuing this legacy, his latest projects include Aadhya Advaitha in Kismatpur, an exclusive gated community of 61 premium boutique villas, and Tamra Asteria Block 1, which is ready to occupy.

With a firm commitment to quality, a passion for innovation, and years of dedicated hard work, he has built a reputation as a trusted leader whose word holds weight and whose commitments are consistently fulfilled.

Mr. Sammidi Krishna Reddy is a second-generation entrepreneur from a family with a strong presence in core industries, including cement, real estate and software. Working across these sectors has given him a broad business view and a clear sense of what it takes to build at scale.

He was earlier associated with Sagar Soft and continues to be part of Sagar Cements, which gives him valuable experience in both manufacturing and technology. He brings to TAMRA seasoned business judgement and a strong financial foundation.

He set out to create landmark residential and commercial developments, and he found a like minded partner in Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy. Together they founded TAMRA, a partnership that combines financial strength with a proven record of delivering quality homes on time.
