A 26,385 sq. ft. clubhouse and a 23,000 sq. ft. landscaped podium give Tamra Asteria the feel of a resort you never have to check out of. Read as a day rather than a list, it looks like this.
Morning
A jogging and walking track circles the whole podium. Beyond it: yoga and meditation, an open gym with seating, and a gymnasium inside the clubhouse.
Afternoon
A creche and a kids’ play area with a sand pit. A skating arena. A tennis court, a half basketball court, a multipurpose court and a cricket practice net.
Evening
The swimming pool with a kids’ pool, a party lawn, gazebos and an elders’ sitting area. Inside: indoor games, a library, a cafeteria, a banquet hall, an exhibition hall and guest rooms across three clubhouse levels.
